Clinical Supervision and Consultation

I offer clinical supervision and consultation for therapists and social workers seeking to deepen their confidence, clinical insight, and authenticity in the therapy room, particularly when working with complex trauma and nuanced client presentations.

My supervision experience began in 2018 while working as a Domestic Violence Prevention Worker, where I supervised social work students in placement. Since 2020, I have served as a Clinical Supervisor at my business, Conscious Counselling and Wellness, for MCAP students from Yorkville University, supporting emerging clinicians in developing their therapeutic skills and professional identity. I have completed graduate-level coursework in supervision and leadership through University of Waterloo and am currently completing advanced training in trauma-informed supervision.

I specialize in supporting clinicians working with Complex PTSD and PTSD, neurodivergent clients (including ADHD, autism, and highly sensitive people), and individuals navigating adaptations often shaped by trauma, including borderline and narcissistic personality patterns. My lens is compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed, recognizing many protective strategies as meaningful adaptations rather than pathology.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and deeply curious. Alongside case conceptualization and skill-building, I place a strong emphasis on exploring the self of the therapist - how your nervous system, attachment patterns, countertransference, lived experience, and intuition show up in the therapy room. I believe that meaningful growth as a clinician happens not only through learning interventions, but through deepening our awareness of ourselves in relationship with clients.

Whether you are a newer clinician building confidence or a seasoned therapist seeking consultation with complex presentations, supervision can offer a space to feel supported, challenged, and more grounded in your work.
